Hi, I’m Alesha!

I started my fitness journey at 15 because I was overweight and unhappy with how I looked and felt. After years of following influencer workouts with no results, I finally learned how to lift properly, fuel my body, and build a lifestyle that made me feel confident, strong, and energized. I've learned how to manage my fitness goals with varying life responsibilities — high school, college, living with my family, and now living by myself and working a corporate job.

My fitness journey has completely transformed not just my body, but it has also transformed my mindset, my relationship with food, and my habits. As someone who has experienced the positive mental and physical benefits of training for 12 years despite having a busy schedule, I aim to help other busy women feel and look their best.

My mission is simple: Fitness should change the way you live, not just the way you look. Then and only then will you make long-lasting changes that actually fit into your life.

My coaching focuses on:
